We are looking for&nbsp;<strong>Head of Marketing<\/strong>who will build systematic marketing and help the company scale sales through a strong marketing strategy, brand development, and effective work with B2B audiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a role for a leader who combines&nbsp;<strong>strategic thinking, analytics and team management<\/strong>and is ready to build marketing as a full-fledged business function that influences the company's growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Main purpose of the role<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Build and implement a marketing system that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>forms a stable flow\u00a0<strong>B2B leads for the sales team<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>develops\u00a0<strong>strong brand of the company in the business process automation market<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>supports\u00a0<strong>scaling of the company's products and solutions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you will do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement\u00a0<strong>marketing strategy<\/strong>that supports the company's business goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To shape\u00a0<strong>brand and product strategy<\/strong>positioning, value proposition, product architecture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage\u00a0<strong>marketing budget<\/strong>\u00a0and evaluate the effectiveness of channels, campaigns, and marketing investments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze\u00a0<strong>market, competitors and customer behavior<\/strong>\u00a0to identify growth points.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build, develop and manage\u00a0<strong>marketing team<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate the work\u00a0<strong>external agencies and contractors<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and implement\u00a0<strong>communication strategies, advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To provide\u00a0<strong>transparent analytics and reporting<\/strong>\u00a0for top management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in the\u00a0<strong>strategic planning of the company's development<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We expect<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in development and implementation\u00a0<strong>marketing strategies in B2B IT companies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with products or solutions for\u00a0<strong>business process automation (ERP, CRM, SaaS or similar systems)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding\u00a0<strong>product marketing, positioning and brand building<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong\u00a0<strong>analytical thinking<\/strong>\u00a0and experience with marketing metrics, KPIs, and ROI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience.\u00a0<strong>management of the marketing team<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with\u00a0<strong>marketing agencies and contractors<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical launch experience\u00a0<strong>marketing and communication campaigns<\/strong>\u00a0in B2B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3
