We are looking for SEO specialistwho will join the team to develop and promote the group's websites.
For us, it is important to get stable long-term organic traffic, increase the visibility of websites in search results, and take the necessary positions in key query clusters.
What are you going to do?
- Independently conduct SEO promotion of the group's internal projects (Ukrainian and international markets);
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and leads;
- Perform a full range of SEO works: from On-page to Off-page optimization;
- Form the semantic core and design the structure of websites;
- Conduct SEO audits of websites and identify growth points;
- Create technical specifications and monitor their implementation for the content team, designers, and technical specialists;
- Work with internal and external optimization based on priorities;
- Find effective promotion strategies, including the development of AI search;
- Communicate with the technical team, colleagues, and contractors as part of project work;
- Work with analytics and track the results of SEO promotion.
What do we expect?
- At least 2 years of experience in SEO;
- Experience in managing SEO projects independently and successful promotion cases;
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, ranking factors, and search engine algorithms;
- Experience in conducting technical audits and working with semantics;
- High level of analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data;
- Experience with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush or Serpstat, Screaming Frog or Netpeak Spider, Seranking, Chrome DevTools, Surfer SEO.
It will be a plus:
- Experience with AI Search Optimization (SGE);
- Understand the peculiarities of promotion in new AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Bing AI);
- Experience in promoting international projects.
