Our R&D (AI) team operates as an internal startup: we experiment with new technologies, quickly test hypotheses, and launch AI solutions that make a real difference in business.
You will become a part of R&D teams, which creates new AI products from scratch.
You'll have both applied tasks (chatbots, backend services, integrations) and influence on the architecture and choice of AI solutions.
Our goal is to develop AI-based functionality, reduce the human factor, automate and scale business.
What are you going to do?
- Develop backend services for AI solutions in Python (FastAPI).
- Integrate NLP/LLM models (embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning).
- Create AI chatbots and voice assistants.
- Build data pipelines: collection, processing, integration.
- Work with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB).
- Containerize services (Docker).
- Participate in the selection of technological solutions and architecture.
- Optimize the performance and scalability of services.
- Take into account data security and GDPR issues when implementing solutions.
What do we expect?
- 2+ years of Python (backend) experience.
- Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of REST APIs and building scalable services.
- Hands-on experience with LLM, embeddings, RAG, or AI chats.
- Experience with databases: PostgreSQL / Redis / MongoDB.
- Understanding Docker.
- Basic understanding of MLOps (MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD).
- Strong engineering base: algorithms, data structures, patterns.
- Experience with front-end development (React or Angular) will be a plus.
- Understanding the principles of data security.
