Head of Marketing

    To-Do - is a Ukrainian IT company that helps businesses automate and optimize operational processes using modern technologies. We implement the Odoo ERP system, create custom digital solutions, and help companies from various industries - from manufacturing to retail and services - build efficient and scalable business processes. We are looking for Head of Marketingwho will build systematic marketing and help the company scale sales through a strong marketing strategy, brand development, and effective work with B2B audiences.

    This is a role for a leader who combines strategic thinking, analytics and team managementand is ready to build marketing as a full-fledged business function that influences the company's growth.

    Main purpose of the role

    Build and implement a marketing system that:

    • forms a stable flow B2B leads for the sales team
    • develops strong brand of the company in the business process automation market
    • supports scaling of the company's products and solutions

    What you will do

    • Develop and implement marketing strategythat supports the company's business goals.
    • To shape brand and product strategypositioning, value proposition, product architecture.
    • Manage marketing budget and evaluate the effectiveness of channels, campaigns, and marketing investments.
    • Analyze market, competitors and customer behavior to identify growth points.
    • Build, develop and manage marketing team.
    • Coordinate the work external agencies and contractors.
    • Plan and implement communication strategies, advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives.
    • To provide transparent analytics and reporting for top management.
    • Participate in the strategic planning of the company's development.

    We expect

    • Experience in development and implementation marketing strategies in B2B IT companies.
    • Experience with products or solutions for business process automation (ERP, CRM, SaaS or similar systems).
    • Understanding product marketing, positioning and brand building.
    • Strong analytical thinking and experience with marketing metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
    • Experience. management of the marketing team.
    • Experience with marketing agencies and contractors.
    • Practical launch experience marketing and communication campaigns in B2B.
