We are looking for a Digital Marketing Managerwhich will help us scale our business, attract new customers, and improve marketing across all channels.
What are you going to do?
- Develop strategic initiatives and marketing plans and implement them together with the team;
- Work on attracting new customers (lead generation), look for new channels and sources of traffic;
- Work with social media and messengers as advertising channels (targeting, native ads, publicity);
- Develop and implement an email marketing strategy;
- Interact with current contractors on SEO promotion tasks and engage others as needed;
- Maintain the website on the WordPress CMS, assist the content marketer with adding texts, graphics, videos, and documents;
- Analyze the results of marketing activities.
What do we expect?
- Experience in lead generation and working with Facebook and Google Ads (Performance Max);
- Experience in managing SEO projects and working with contractors; own SEO skills will be a big plus;
- High level of literacy and experience with technical or complex content;
- Experience with CMS WordPress (other CMS is a plus);
- Experience with e-mail newsletters and CRM systems;
- Ability to analyze indicators, draw conclusions and suggest ways to improve channel efficiency and conversions.
