Now we are opening a new AI directionthat will help our clients integrate intelligent solutions into their business processes. And that is why we are looking for Python Backend Engineerwho wants to develop in the AI direction and create smart solutions for business.
What are you going to do?
- Develop backend services for AI solutions (FastAPI / Django);
- Integrate NLP/LLM models (embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning);
- Create chatbots and voice assistants for business;
- Build data pipelines, integrations, and data preparation systems;
- Participate in the selection of technological approaches (Copilot, analytics, search engines);
- Optimize the architecture and scaling of AI services.
What do we expect?
- 2+ years of experience working with Python (Backend);
- Hands-on experience with a modern framework (FastAPI, Django, or Flask);
- Work with databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB;
- Knowledge of Docker;
- Experience with NLP, LLMs, embeddings, or chatbots;
- Understand the principles of building stable, scalable services.
It will be a plus:
- Experience in creating AI chats or voice assistants;
- Knowledge of MLOps (MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD);
- Experience in building own NLP solutions or recommendation systems;
- Strong engineering skills (algorithms, design patterns, architecture).
