ERP Forum 2024 has become an important event for the entire business automation community in Ukraine. Despite the difficulties associated with the security situation, the organizers managed to hold the event at a high level. The ToDo team took an active part in the forum, shared its experience and confirmed its expertise in implementing Odoo ERP systems.

Joint report by ToDo and STAR-SVIT
We would like to express our special gratitude to our client STAR-SVIT, as well as to Oksana Borovets and Lidiya Kravchuk for their participation in the joint presentation. We talked about a real-life case of Odoo implementation at a production facility in Rivne.
The main conclusions from the case:
- ERP system implementation – it is possible and this can be done relatively quickly, while maintaining working and even friendly relations with customers. Proper organization of the process will help reduce time and money spent.
- Odoo implementation carries significant achievements for business, which requires automation, customization of production and business processes, optimization of process management, and improvement of the entire business ecosystem.
