Automation of Esper Bionics with Odoo ERP: a ToDo case study

Esper Bionics is a Ukrainian company that develops high-tech bionic prostheses. The main product is Esper Hand, a bionic prosthetic arm with artificial intelligence elements that adapts to the user's movements. The company also creates Esper Control (a brain-computer interface) and Esper Platform (a cloud-based platform for device personalization). Esper Hand has already been recognized internationally: the prosthesis received the Red Dot Best of the Best Award 2022 for design.

To further scale the business, increase process controllability and transparency at all levels, the Esper Bionics team chose to implement Odoo ERP systems in partnership with ToDo.

ToDo has automated the company's key areas of production, logistics, finance, CRM, inventory, document management, and HR. The project also included flexible customization of end-to-end analytics, which provides management with up-to-date data for decision-making. The cooperation has become an example of how a modern European ERP platform allows fast-growing startups to confidently scale and ensure high quality internal processes in accordance with international standards.

Why did Esper Bionics choose Odoo?

The company was looking for a solution for complex automation of the:

Result

To-Do helped Esper Bionics to start its digital transformation by implementing the Odoo ERP system to manage key business processes: production, supply, sales, finance, and customer relations. The project has become an example of how a modern European ERP platform helps high-tech businesses grow, scale, and build transparent internal processes even in a dynamic startup environment.
