Odoo module "M.E.Doc Integration"

The M.E.Doc Integration module allows you to exchange standard documents such as: Invoice for payment to the buyer, Expenditure invoice, Act of services rendered, as well as incoming and outgoing tax invoices, adjustments and tax reports (with the Self-ERP module).

У Applications The following modules are installed:

• M.E.Doc Connector - main, which includes the exchange of primary documents (Invoice, Expenditure Invoice, Act of Services rendered);
• M.E.Doc Connector SellfERP Salary Extension - report exchange Combined reporting on personal income tax and unified social tax. Works only with the installed SellfERP module "Accounting for Ukraine";
• M.E.Doc Connector SelfERP VAT Extension - exchange of incoming and outgoing tax invoices and VAT Declaration together with Annexes. It works only with the installed SellfERP module "Accounting for Ukraine".

Integration settings

In the menu Settings specify the connection parameters.

The system operates online using the API.

В Types of documents add and configure documents and their fields that will be transferred to M.E.Doc

It appears in the list of documents to be exchanged:

• type of document in Odoo;
• template code in M.E.Doc;
• availability of the Appendix (for reporting);
• an icon that shows an incoming document or an outgoing document;
• activity.

Interface

When you open the M.E.Doc Integration module, a log of documents that have been transferred or received from M.E.Doc is displayed. The log shows the Status and Status of the document in M.E.Doc, and you can also go to and open the document in Odoo.

Transferring primary documents to M.E.Doc

The types of Odoo documents to be transferred are configured individually and are accompanied by the corresponding document template in M.E.Doc.

All documents can be transferred to M.E.Doc after they are set to the "Confirmed" status. Once the document is set to this status, the Send to M.E.Doc button appears.

After sending a document to M.E.Docs, the "Check M.E.Docs status" button appears, as well as fields that display the status of the document in M.E.Docs.

By clicking the "Check M.E.Docs status" button, document statuses from M.E.Docs are transferred to Odoo:

Receiving incoming documents

You can download incoming documents directly from the M.E.Docs Integration module by clicking the "Get Inbox" button. 

Uploading a VAT return

The VAT return is transmitted in the same way using the "Send to M.E.Dos" button. Together with the Declaration, the Attachments that are configured in the menu of the M.E.Docs Integration module are transmitted: Settings - Document types.

Just like with tax invoices, after uploading the Declaration, you can get statuses from M.E.Dos.
