Project Coordinator

    Our team's specialty is the digitalization of business processes based on Odoo, the most popular ERP system in the world. We are one of 11 certified companies in Ukraine that implement Odoo, and we are among the top 3 implementers in the Ukrainian market.
    We are looking for Project Coordinatorwho will be responsible for coordinating the work of the team implementing the Odoo ERP for our clients, and ensuring efficient project execution.

    What are you going to do?

    - Control the use of team resources and the distribution of tasks among specialists according to their qualifications and workload;
    - Monitor the progress of Odoo implementation projects and team performance, identify risks, and initiate adjustments;
    - Monitor the timely maintenance of report cards and project documentation;
    - Ensure compliance with the project management methodology and team deadlines;
    - Coordinate the exchange of experience between projects and support the team in professional development;
    - Coordinate the resolution of escalated issues and technical problems with the involvement of management or third-party specialists;
    - Participation in status meetings with clients, control of project documentation and budget;
    - Ensure the team's prompt response to customer requests.
     

    What do we expect?

    - Project Coordinator or Project Manager experience from 2 years;
    - Ability to distribute tasks and monitor team progress;
    - Analytical thinking and project risk assessment;
    - Understanding of ERP systems implementation processes will be a plus;
    - Strong communication skills with the team and clients;
    - Ability to work with project documentation and various project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and management tools (Trello, Jira, Notion);
    - Ability to organize priority and urgent tasks;
    - Knowledge of resource planning, time management and budget control;
    - Experience in customer communication and status meetings.
