Greetings! We are the ToDo team, a Gold partner of the Belgian ERP system Odoo. We have more than 20 years of experience in business process automation: we implement IT solutions from leading vendors and create our own to optimize the work of manufacturing, retail, warehouses, car services, etc.
We are currently looking for like-minded individuals who are ready to quickly and easily automate the management of their business on a single platform.
From the candidate for this position we expect
- Experience with Odoo ERP.
- Understand the structure of business processes of a manufacturing/trading/service company, etc.
- Ability to quickly comprehend a large amount of information.
- Experience as a business analyst or process automation project manager.

What does an Odoo Business Analyst do?
- Participation in pre-project research of the customer's company and analysis of potential project work.
- Communication with the customer during the project implementation.
- Preparation of project documentation in accordance with the regulations.
- Information preparation for meetings with customers.
- Research and documentation of business processes at the customer's enterprise.
- Modeling the customer's business processes in the system and analyzing the compliance of the system's functionality with the customer's business processes.
- Configure the system.
- Demonstrating the system to the customer.
- Creation of technical specifications for developers to supplement the system's functionality in accordance with the needs of the customer's business and testing of the developed functionality.
- Training of employees of the customer's business to work in the system, creation of training materials and user manuals, and information support for employees of the customer's business on how to use the system.
