Dieses einfache Prinzip gilt l\u00e4ngst nicht mehr nur im Stra\u00dfenverkehr, sondern auch in der Wirtschaft, im Projekt- und Teammanagement und sogar bei allt\u00e4glichen Entscheidungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei ToDo verwenden wir die Ampelmethode regelm\u00e4\u00dfig in unserer Arbeit mit Kunden, internen Prozessen und unseren eigenen digitalen Produkten. Es ist eine universelle Methode, um schnell zu sehen, wo die Situation stabil ist, wo sie Aufmerksamkeit braucht und wo sie bereits rot ist und dringende Ma\u00dfnahmen erfordert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Artikel zeigen wir, wie das Prinzip der dreifarbigen Kennzeichnung den Abteilungen Vertrieb, Marketing, Finanzen, Entwicklung und Verwaltung hilft, fundierte Entscheidungen auf der Grundlage von Daten zu treffen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>So funktioniert die Ampelmethode<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd34 <strong>Rot<\/strong> - einen Alarm, eine Notwendigkeit zum Eingreifen oder eine individuelle L\u00f6sung.<br>\ud83d\udfe1 <strong>Gelb<\/strong> - \u00dcbergangszustand: Der Prozess ist im Gange und erfordert Aufmerksamkeit.<br>\ud83d\udfe2 <strong>Gr\u00fcn<\/strong> - Alles ist normal: Die Aufgabe wird erf\u00fcllt, die KPIs werden erreicht und die Risiken sind minimal.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/todo.ltd\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/animated-gif.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11690\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vertrieb: Kontrolle des Trichters, der Kunden und der KPIs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In der ToDo-Verkaufsabteilung wurde die Ampelmethode in mehreren Bereichen eingef\u00fchrt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Etappen der Kundeninteraktion:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rot - erste Kommunikation, erfordert mehr Aufwand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gelb - der Kunde studiert das kommerzielle Angebot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gr\u00fcn - bereit, den Vertrag zu unterzeichnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bewertung von Antr\u00e4gen auf Automatisierung:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gr\u00fcn - eine fertige L\u00f6sung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gelb - muss kombiniert oder verfeinert werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rot - individuelle Entwicklung ist erforderlich.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Planung und Kontrolle der KPIs:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gr\u00fcn - KPIs werden erf\u00fcllt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gelb ist der Bereich der Aufmerksamkeit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rot - Risiken der Nichterf\u00fcllung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Marketing: Kontrolle der Reputation und Erf\u00fcllung der Aufgaben<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei ihrer Arbeit nutzt die Marketingabteilung sowohl interne Aufgaben als auch externe \u00dcberwachung.
